Sarah is a neuroscience specialist and ex-BBC journalist who uses brain science to boost leadership performance and well-being.
She’s convinced there’s a huge neuroscience-shaped gap in our collective understanding. Our brains are extraordinarily capable but they are also highly fickle, prone to malfunction and easily over-stretched. She believes that taking the time to learn how to use your better should be a top priority for every company looking to support their people’s performance and well-being.
Sarah started her career as a management consultant advising clients in the media and telecoms sector before training as a journalist at the BBC. She went on to spend 15 years producing and directing science and observational documentaries for the BBC, Channel 4 and Discovery.
Story lies at the heart of what she does – in her consulting work she brings to life the story of the brain and its vital role in influencing performance, through her workshops she shares powerful stories about how to apply insights from neuroscience to our daily lives and in her coaching she supports her clients to define and amplify their personal narrative.
